Consider and/or act on Ordinance Number 21-04-1205, amending Ordinances 20-03-1153, 20-03-1154, 20-04-1157, 20-05-1158, 20-06-1163, 20-07-1166, 20- 08-1171, 20-09-1176, 20-10-1182, 20-12-1188, 21-01-1189, 21-02-1192, and 21- 03-1197 continuing the Mayor's Declarations of Local Disaster until May 18, 2021, at 11:59 P.M. and requiring social distancing and face coverings on city properties.

8.D. Consider and/or act on approving the plan to refund existing General Obligation Bonds and Certificates of Obligation for annual debt service savings.

8.E. Consider and/or act to provide guidance to staff regarding the city allocation of the American Rescue Plan local allotment.

9.A. Council Members may request topics for future agenda meetings. No member of the City Council may discuss any of the requested subjects until such matter has been properly placed on the agenda.
