Hold a public hearing and consider and/or act on Ordinance Number 23-08-1317, requesting approval of a zoning change from Agriculture (AG) to Single-Family Residential-9 (SF-9) and Neighborhood Services (NS) with a Planned Development Overlay for Southfork Estates, located at the northwest corner of Betsy Lane and N. 8.B. Hold a public hearing on Ordinance Number 23-08-1318 to amend Section 30.07.036 of the Murphy Code of Ordinances relating to off-street parking requirements. Scott Bradley, Mayor

Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 23-R-1065 approving a Development Agreement between the City of Murphy and Toll Southwest, LLC for 14.6 acres of land in Abstract 0579, Henry Maxwell Survey; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. 8.D. Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 23-R-1066 finding that Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC’s’ (“Oncor” or “Company”) application to amend its distribution cost recovery factor and update generation riders to increase distribution rates within the City should be denied; authorizing participation with the Steering Committee of Cities served by Oncor; authorizing hiring of legal counsel, finding that the City’s reasonable rate case expenses shall be reimbursed by the Company; finding that the meeting at which this Resolution is passed is open to the public as required by law; requiring notice of this Resolution to the Company and legal counsel.
