Consider and/or Act on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Murphy, Texas amending Appendix A, Fee Schedule, of the Code of Ordinances of the City by amending Section A1.003 Parks and Recreation Fees; Section A6.000 Emergency Medical Services Fee; Section A8.001 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal; Section A8.003 Water and Sewer usage rates; and Section A9.005 Land Zoning and Development fees and; providing for fee schedule amendments; and providing for a saving and repealing clause; providing a severability clause; providing for said ordinance to take effect from and after its date of publication.
