Hold a public hearing and Consider and/or Act on the reauthorization of building permit fees in the City of Murphy, reauthorizing any city fee charged as a condition of constructing, renovating, or remodeling a residential or commercial structure as found within Appendix A, Fee Schedule, of the Code of Ordinances, in accordance with Local Government Code Section 214.908. Consider and/or Act on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Murphy, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with VLEX Construction, LLC., in the amount of $471,615.00 for the Sidewalk Project T-1, construction of a multi-use trail from South Maxwell Creek Road easterly to McCreary Road. 9.C. Consider and/or Act on an Ordinance amending expenses in the Court-Restricted fund budget by $1,262 for software fees, the Impact Fee fund by $3,750 for fee study expenses, the Capital Improvement Fund by $60,650 for Heritage Plaza sidewalk construction and authorizing transfers between departments in the General Fund for utilities, fees, and a purchase order carryover for a replacement radio.
