Consider and/or Act on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a general services agreement with Neel-Schaffer, Inc. to provide engineering services for design work associated with the rehabilitation of the 1,000,000-gallon elevated storage tank (EST) located at 1300 Rodeo Drive in Murphy, Texas, in an amount not to exceed $107,200.00. Donald Reese, Director of Public Works.
9.C. Consider and/or Act on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) to relocate a portion of a 14” potable water main to resolve a construction conflict with the FM 544 Pedestrian Bridge Project. Donald Reese, Director of Public Works.
9.D. Consider and/or Act on appointing an applicant to fill the vacancy on the Historic Resources Advisory Committee. Kandi Jackson, TRMC, City Secretary
