C. Hold a public hearing and consider and/or act on the application of Winkelmann and Associates Inc. for an amended Concept Plan for property located on 4.696 acres at the southwest corner of Timber Ridge Drive and FM 544, zoned Planned Development (PD) district 16-09-1021, having the legal description of ABS A0579 Henry Maxwell Survey, Tract 75.
