Hold a public hearing and consider and/or act on amendments to Planned Development (PD) 14-04-975 to allow additional permitted uses on the property and exterior lighting on the north side of the building. The requested uses include: amusement services (indoor), artist studio, barber/beauty shop, book store, computer repair and sales, dance school, florist, health club, major appliance sales (indoor), marital arts school, pharmacy, photo studio, tailor shop, and travel agency.
