Consider and/or act on ratifying the Mayor’s action in directing the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector to re-calculate the City’s De Minimis Tax Rate for FY21 in Letter dated August 7, 2020 from Mayor Bradley to the Kenneth L. Maun, the Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector. Karen L. Montgomery, CPA, Finance Director

Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 20-R-970 adopting the FY21 Proposed Voter-Approval Tax Rate of $0.523003 as the maximum rate allowed for Council adoption, and establishing Tuesday, September 8th as the public hearing date on the FY21 proposed tax rate and the FY21 proposed budget; and providing that the final tax rate is scheduled to be adopted on September 15, 2020. 8C. Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 20-R-971 authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a 60-month Nutanix server system lease purchase with Huntington Technology Finance, Inc. Taylor Prentice, IT Director

Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 20-R-972 to authorize the City Manager to sign a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Murphy and Collin County to accept Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) assets to operate a Closed Points of Dispensing (POD) Site in the City to conduct mass dispensing operations of medical counter-measures to employees and family members.
