Consider and/or act on Resolution Number 20-R-977 authorizing the City Manager to execute (1) a Tender and Substitution Agreement between the City and Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company designating Falkenberg Construction Company, Inc. as the Completion Contractor for the City of Murphy Municipal Complex Renovation Project, and (2) a contract between the City and Falkenberg Construction Company, Inc. for the completion of the City of Murphy Municipal Complex Renovation Project, binding Falkenberg to the terms of the original Project contract with Denco CS Corporation, approving an amount not to exceed $1,662,349.42 for the Project; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents.
